“I want to specifically recognize and defend the staff at this Winners location. Today the store was extremely busy, and despite that, all available cash registers were open and employees were working efficiently, calmly, and professionally.
It was disappointing to witness a customer directing frustration at staff who were clearly doing everything possible. The team handled the situation with patience and respect. Customers should remember that employees are people, not targets for misplaced anger.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy, which made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I appreciated how well the store was laid out—it made browsing inspiring rather than overwhelming. Delivery was smooth and on time, and the furniture looks even better in my home than it did in the showroom.
