I wanted to especially call out Rajesh from the appliance department as he helped us with choosing and refrigerator and rangehood. He is very knowledgeable and does not pressure you into making a decision. Highly recommend him and home depot milton to all miltonites!”

“Today, I had the best customer experience at the store. I’m 33 weeks pregnant and came to the store for an outdoor umbrella. Sam promptly received me in the patio furniture section and helped me find everything I needed. When I asked about the weight of some items I was purchasing, he immediately said that they were heavy but that he would help me load them into my car. As an expectant mother, it was more than I expected and went far beyond the customer service we usually see around. Please recognize Sam for his exceptional costumer service.”

“Definitely the best Home Depot in Brampton. The excellence in customer service began from the moment we walk through the door. I was energetically greeted by Marc with a friendly hello which made me feel so welcomed. I was so taken back by his friendliness I had to double take and ask if him if the greeting was ment for me. We live in such a fast paced, self centered world sometimes we forget the kind gestures and simple greetings can fill ones soul with so much joy. I was also quiet impressed with Meca who took the time to say goodnight to my 8 year old daughter, that was several steps behind me pushing the shopping cart like a little lady. Showing respect for a child and indirectly teaching our children morals and values by saying a simple good night will help us as a community live better together. Your customer service is a 10 star! “Went to Rona for the first time for shopping. It was great experience. My car was getting out weight because of load of concrete , Peter and Justin suggested me to make 2 trips so that car does not get impacted.

It might have increased their work a bit , but still they helped me . I am surprised by some bad comments and reviews of Rona . For me , it was great experience .

“I love Home Depot with a passion. This location is lovely and perfect for 90% of things. There’s a few managers here and all are amazing EXCEPT for Lorita. Lorita is a very dismissive and rude and impatient worker. I don’t mean to be racist or anything but her behaviour is very ghetto. She does not belong as a customer service worker much worse a manager. I had a problem with a return and she barely listened and just said we don’t do that here and LITERALLY walked away. Like that’s never happened ever to me as a customer so I was extremely shocked. The next day I came back to ask another manager, Jeff, and he explained everything so well and actually listened and helped. The answer was the same and I was so okay with it but the way it was handled by Lorita was so low class. She does not deserve her position as this company is prestigious and she has a terrible attitude”

“The customer service is why I choose smaller stores like home hardware.

When I present my problem, they have multiple solution ideas at multiple price points . Often they have saved me money by coming up with a cheaper alternative to fix my electrical plumbing or other home repair problem..

They often give me discount. I didn’t even know I could apply for with coupons I never bothered to cut out. They are trying to save your money and solve your problems.

Can’t say enough good things about them .

“I recently did some renovation in my home and decided to use this location for most of the stuff needed. The main reason was the plumbing guy in this location, he was (Andrew if I am not wrong was his name ) so helpful, knowledgeable and polite. He explained and told me exactly what I needed. Nothing compared to Home depo wich I went before.
He went beyond and above to help me get the right things.
I recommend anyone to use this location, especially for plumbing.”
