I recently visited Thiara to buy groceries, and honestly, it’s one of the most fantastic spots for grocery shopping. The store is well-organized, the quality of items is excellent, and everything feels fresh and authentic. Especially for desi groceries, Thiara really stands out. “Just wanted to day Thank you to the Milton Metro team. I had a huge mistake during a purchase, spoke to Store Manager Tony and he was able to find a solution for me and saved Christmas dinner. Also huge thanks to Bakery Manager and the whole meat department. If looking for great cuts and personal service make sure ti check them out. Cheers!!”
“Its a fish and meat lover's mini paradise :) . Lots of options and great prices. Some veggies and fruits might be expensive than in other places though. You can also buy cooked Chinese food from there..”
“Yesterday evening, around 8 or 9 PM, I went to buy a fancy flower bouquet. Unfortunately, there was no one at the flower shop, so a kind lady named Samantha escorted me to customer service for help.
To be honest, there was an attendant there who didn’t even look at me and simply said, “It’s closed.” Samantha had already finished her shift and was on her way out with her handbag. But when she saw the look on my face, she put her bag down, came back, and personally helped me pick and beautifully wrap the bouquet.
That small act of kindness meant so much. Samantha, you are an absolutely amazing employee and, more importantly, a wonderful human being. The world needs more people like you—people who genuinely care about others.

“Stopped by recently—honestly, the store is looking pretty solid despite the sign renovations going on outside. The layout feels super open and clean, and the produce section was actually really well-stocked when I went; everything looked fresh. Love that there’s a Starbucks inside for a quick caffeine fix while shopping, which is a nice touch. That said, the bakery can be a bit hit-or-miss lately—the cakes looked good but the hot food counter was kinda running low. Staff were friendly enough, but checkout was a little slower than I’d like. Good spot for a full shop if you avoid the peak rush.”

“I wanted to recognize one of the employees at Pak Foods because she truly deserves it. I believe she's new, and every time I come in, she greets me with such a warm smile and positive attitude. She's incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, and she genuinely makes every visit enjoyable.
Customer service like hers is rare—she always takes the time to acknowledge customers and makes people feel valued. Even if I'm having a stressful day, her cheerful attitude always brightens my mood. It's clear that she cares about her job and about making customers feel welcome.
