During my first visit, Arban Bhatia assisted me in opening my new TD account, and the process was quick, smooth, and efficient. His professionalism made the experience very pleasant.
On my second visit for a follow-up appointment, I was surprised to learn that no appointment was booked under my name and that the advisor was on vacation. After explaining the situation to a few staff members, my request was finally assigned to Jasman (hope I spelled it correctly). I’m truly grateful for his support. He was extremely helpful, patient, and took the time to guide me through all my questions step by step without rushing.

“There is a young girl at this branch — I believe her name is Kimjaal. She is extremely helpful and welcoming every single time I visit this location. No matter what time I come, she always greets everyone with a big smile. Even when other representatives are available, I prefer to wait for her because of the exceptional service she provides.
Her service doesn’t just help me — even people waiting in line talk positively about her. One time when my business debit card was lost, I became very worried and had a panic attack. She calmly reassured me, saying, “Don’t worry, I’m here to help you.” She even brought me water, made me sit comfortably, and helped resolve the issue by issuing my debit card. Her kindness truly meant a lot to me.
What touched me the most was that when I visited again after a few months, she still remembered me and asked how I was doing. Even after her shift was over, I saw her outside the BMO branch as she was heading home — that shows her dedication and genuine care.
Kimjaal deserves real appreciation for her hard work. She always works with positive energy and the biggest smile on her face; I’ve never seen her dull or unhappy. Because of her excellent service, four of my family members closed their accounts at other financial institutions and chose this branch to open their accounts — they love her service as much as I do.
She was also incredibly helpful when my son’s account was compromised. She went back and forth with the manager to ensure my son’s issue was resolved properly (This is what my son told me)
