The issue isn't repairable, which sucks, but I really appreciate the honesty. Also the front desk guy was the amazing, probably the best customer service I've had at any repairshop.”

These two young ladies were awesome and stuck with us until the conversion was finished. My Rogers customer service was dealing with our issues. They cleaned our phones up beautifully! “I went to this location 2116 Burnhamthorpe Road inquiring about the cost of a new Fido phone because mine got water damage. I met Omar the Rogers Rep. I did not go with the intentions of purchasing a new phone neither switching from Fido after being with them for many many years. But, with the exceptional customer service I received from Omar, he sold me. This young man is pleasant, knowledgeable of the products, personable, friendly, articulate and commands every area of his job responsibilities with accuracy and integrity, Omar, did not complete my contract until he got be the BEST deal on a new Rogers phone and contract. Omar, is the epitome of what customer service should be. I have no regrets switching providers just because of my exceptional customer service experience with Omar.”

I thought it would cost me to replace the port, but the lady kindly offered to place it on a heat pad and clean it. Sure enough, 20 minutes later, it was fixed. Super honest and helpful service.
