“We were looking for Kizik shoes (known for its slip-on shoes), and Factory Shoe is one of the rare places that carries this brand in Ontario.
While browsing, I found some Pajar winter waterproof boots, and good for -30°C weather (in the kid's section). There is also a huge selection of shoes and boots in the Clearance section along the wall.
The staff at the store were friendly and helpful. You can definitely find something here for all sizes, and with good deals!”

“What a tremendous store. The owner comes from a family who actually made shoes, so what he doesn't know about footwear isn't worth knowing! We will definitely make this store a regular visit. We appreciated his advice for our specific needs, I.e. support footwear, but the store is so large I imagine anyone could find what they are looking for at discounted prices. 10 out of 10!!!”

I am really not knowledgable about shoes or fashionable, I took a really long time to decide what I wanted, she didn’t rush me. She took the time to understand what I needed and gave some thoughtful suggestions, her knowledge was honestly invaluable, to me anyway.
The store itself seemed to be clean/organized, but how personal and attentive she was is really what made it a great experience which I just don’t find really happens much of anywhere these days.”

“Typically I wouldn’t consider myself someone that would place “Call it Spring” at the top of the list of stores I would go to, however, my husband is what kept me coming to the store whenever he would want to make purchases.
On numerous occasions, we encountered store associate Shellecia. Shellecia has now become the reason I keep on coming to the store. She always goes above and beyond when servicing us, and is always very personable. Her welcoming, warm smile, and influence to make us purchase more than we anticipated, speaks volumes of her exceptional costumer service! Because of Shellecia, “Call it Spring” can take my money any day!
