“I had ordered the wrong size for my shoe last Friday. I tried to exchange the shoe with the right size through online service but was informed that it can only be done through the physical stores. I called and talked with Jaime, the supervisor there, and she was able to talk me through the steps for my exchange process. I came in on Sunday and Sarah and Jaime knew step by step on how to exchange my shoe despite not having my shoe size in the store. They were able to make the process seemless and easy for me. 100% would come back here just bc I know they have very competent staff.”

“I’m a bit late to writing this review but I wanted to acknowledge the amazing customer service I received from Sabrina. I came in to check about the warranty on one of my dress shoes hoping I could get them fixed and Sabrina went above and beyond helping me with the problem and even giving me brand new replacement pair through the warranty. She was also very helpful and provided great insights for my other family members who were looking for a new pair of shoes. I’ve been shopping at this ECCO for over a year now and they do it best when it comes to customer service and very comfortable shoes which is why I always go back to them. Thank you Sabrina and ECCO Sherway Gardens, will definitely be coming back for more shoes in the future!”

“I recently purchased a pair of boots from Browns. Within 3 weeks they developed a tear at a seam. I was dreading trying to return them.
The customer support staff, the store manager at the Sherway location and the staff at Vaughan Mills all did an outstanding job of helping me find a replacement and taking the defective boots back. What could have been a painful experience ended up creating long term customer loyalty. Great job and thank you!”

“*Edit I changed my 3 star to 5 as the service here since Christmas/January has changed for the better. I see consistent, friendly staff, always great to talk to at cash and 3 of them finally convinced me to download their app ( always reminded to then kept forgetting til one of them had me do it in front of them for my own sake! (Awesome!)) I should have long ago but was never offered or encouraged to in the past. I no longer feel like I'm intrusive. It's not like I ever request assistance, I keep to myself but I appreciate the approach. Love Ardene's but most of the time the cashiers stay behind the desk and yell out their 'private' stories so everyone can hear and laugh out loud so loud, just uncomfortable. The girl who seems to be the manager, oh my God she is rude, loud and very unfriendly. Soorrry for shopping in your store, what are you even doing there anyway? One of the cashiers was nice though, at least the basic acknowledgment and a smile.”

Gi provided excellent customer service during our visit. She was incredibly patient, helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure we found the right shoe sizes. She had such a friendly, fun attitude and made an effort to interact with my boys, which we truly appreciated. Even though my kids were a little loud, she stayed kind, attentive, and focused on helping us get exactly what we needed — and more!
Gi was actually the only associate who approached us when we were looking around for help. We’re a family who choose comfort wear when we shop. Honestly, sometimes sales associates just glance at us and don’t really pay attention. 🤣 But Gi was different. The moment she noticed we were looking for assistance, she sincerely stepped in and made us feel welcomed and valued.
