“This review is for Shelena at the Mount Hope location of DHL. We arrived at the office just two minutes before closing because I urgently needed a package. Due to weather conditions, the delivery had been postponed to Monday instead of Friday.

Shelena told us not to worry and kindly stayed after her working hours to help us. She was very kind, pleasant, and helpful, and she managed to locate our package for us. We truly appreciate her excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.”

Jen is absolutely incredible. She took care of all my shipping labels, handled everything quickly and perfectly, and still managed to assist other clients at the same time. Her multitasking skills are unbelievable, and she truly goes above and beyond for everyone.

“I’ve been a customer at the Penguin Pick Up for over a year now and I always have the best experience! The staff are friendly, polite, and conscientious. They always ask me how my day has been to bring up my spirits. They are also very quick and efficient in retrieving my packages. The manager has such a positive, caring attitude and has resolved any issues I’ve had in the past and has answered any questions I have had. The young men carry out any heavy packages I’ve had to the parking lot, especially since being pregnant. There’s one staff member who consistently draws happy faces on all of my bags of parcels. They even know my footsteps as I’m coming around the corner. Furthermore, the staff have been very polite and respectful to my husband has also had a great experience. Overall, great customer service and awesome staff! Thanks for making my day. ?”

“My Golam was super helpful both professionally and personally.
UPS had returned my package by their own mistake and I was trying to get a refund since 25th of September 2025. I was being pushed around until i called the shipper(UPS UPPER JAMES, HAMILTON) and Mr Golam stepped in and helped with the while process, he was one step ahead and was always ready to listen when I called.
UPS initially agreed to refund and after 1 month the refund still was not done, Mr Golam tried his best but UPS wickedly changed their mind with the refund and as at the time of this review, UPS have not made the adjustment on the invoice as they promised, I have proof of emails where UPS Preffered customer agreed to do the refund but not they have changed their mind, they have been pushing me back and forth for almost 2months.
I am grateful to the staff of UPS Upper James and the Manager Mr Golam for their professionalism reagrfing this matter. They have been so helpful to make sure I receive my packages.
