“The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I bought several things. Ricki's used to have very nice turtlenecks last year but this year they didn't have them anymore. I tried on a red one but I couldn't get it over my head! Something is wrong with the fit. I was able to buy another sweater in red that worked out well, however. Overall, Ricki's has good styles that work for me so I will return.”

She found the pants for me and kept it from me and told me to come back. I came back and found the pants I was looking for. I saw her, she told me you came back and I smile. “Small unique consignment store with some good to great designer labels. It is not overcrowded like some other consignment stores I have been in. Merchandise is nicely displayed. Staff are courteous, helpful and quite cheery.”

“Went in 10 minutes to close after having a horrible experience at another store, staff was so helpful. Jessica in the changeroom took the time to explain how their jeans fit and got me another size. Cashier was super friendly even though I was the last customer. Awesome staff attitude!”

“The people working were so extremely helpful and so sweet. The change room help was amazing. At the cash, the employee was so sweet to price match and give me the cheaper online price in person. I haven’t shopped at gap in yearssss, but they’ve brought me back. The quality is outstanding. As a curvy person, it’s always so hard to find good fitting pants, but the jeans fit so nicely on my body type.”
“The staff at the Merivale location go above and beyond. I lost my receipt and they went out of their way to make it right and help me to an exchange. They always greet you when you come in and the store is always so clean . I won’t go to any other location. These employees deserve a raise. I appreciate all that they do and will always continue to shop here and u tell all my friends to shop there too”
