The staff member was so helpful, efficient and quick to process my return. I had an excellent experience, albeit brief. It was my first time going to this location and I will definitely go back to shop there in the future.”

“The zipper on my suede leather jacket I've worn for probably 50 years stopped working last week. Someone suggested that I take it to Discount Alteration. I took the jacket there and he looked at it, didn't say much, and then told me to be back at 3:30. He asked if I ever had it cleaned and I said I didn't. He gave me the name of a place to take it for cleaning. When I came back at 3:30 my jacket was finished with a new zipper. I am very pleased and will go back whenever I need tailoring.”

“Decent selection and prices in a cute and quaint local shop. A good place to find quality socks of various materials, and a refreshing breath amidst incredibly poor “seen it a thousand times” junk elsewhere.

“The girl that helped me when I came to this store for the first time was so nice ! I didn’t get her name tho. I went to another store so far away in Mississauga to find a modest dress and they didn’t treat the dress with care and it was so expensive! I was going to buy it, but then it ended up getting damaged. So I found out that Paradise boutique also sells modest
dresses, and when I came there, the girl that helped me was really nice and she made sure the dress didn’t even touch the ground, and she helped me even look for one! And I bought one it was very beautiful and also a cute pink prayer mat ! Very nice experience I will for sure come back here again.”
“Simply the best thrift store I've ever been to! Exceptional shoes, bags and jewellery :)Secondly, the Youth program called "In Her Shoes" was incredible and really gave me some solid work experience and helped me gain a professional network. All the staff and employment counsellors here are so great and helpful! For a very recent uni grad, this really helped me get my foot in the door. You learn about marketing, customer service, photography and are equipped with necessary financial, social and emotional skills. Would highly recommend!”

“Had a great shopping experience at Banana Republic, Fairview Park Mall. Aman and Amin were extremely helpful and genuinely attentive throughout. They helped me with the fit, gave honest suggestions while choosing the sweater, and even made sure I got the best possible price on my sweater.

“I love this store. The t shirts are my favorite. I always enjoy myself when I am browsing in this store. The people they have working there now are friendly, funny and helpful. The aisles are narrow, but that is nothing new, just difficult when it is very busy to browse comfortably. I won't take away from the 5 stars for that though! If you are looking for some amazing horror merchandise and other cool things definitely come and check it out!”

“Your computer and other devices sucks. Or maybe it's the wifi. Anything I wanted to search through your computer took forever to load. I was very stupidly annoying.
But the gentleman names Lucas(2) was super patient and helpful. Took me through different options and assisted me to get stuff I wanted. The guy was the only reason I was able to shop.”

“This place is such a cute and delightful place to stop at! We didn’t know about it until we grabbed a recipe card from MacMillan’s store (in Halton Hills). The high tea here was made with quality ingredients and was to die for (especially the homemade cream and jam with the scone). Also, they offer gluten free high tea options which is exactly what I needed. The store itself was fun to explore and they have a bunch of products made in house for sale. The staff are super friendly and made the whole experience fun. I would recommend visiting this hidden gem if you’re in the area!”
