“I had my first experience with a transfer at RBC today and wasn’t sure what to do. I showed the staff the payment instructions I received, and he patiently explained everything. Instead of a costly wire transfer ($45 + $17.50 requested by the recipient), he suggested a bank draft as a cheaper option. The draft fee was $9.90—but then he even went out of his way to ask the manager to waive it for me! I’m truly grateful for the kind and helpful service. Amazing experience—thank you RBC!”

“Tracy Cahill an employee at CIBC was very kind and the bank policy in embracing New in Canada Customers. As a new customer you can easily go online and open both a debit and savings account and I can confidently assure you of the best outcome.
My best advice to all CIBC potential customers is that they may take advantage of opening both a saving and a debit account since the future feels good with some savings to spend in the future.
I could not leave the premises without consulting on Credit card, CIBC has a good police for their clients once you have secured an account with them. Things can happen and you may need to cash out urgently and that's when you realise that CIBC credit card has got your back on that .
Never panic for financial emergency,CIBC has your back.
It is my hope that one day CIBC will fly beyond boarders so as to serve the global community especially Africa where there is an immense potentiality.
