“I went in because I had purchased a dress that I wanted to exchange for a size down. There were 2 sales associates that were behind the desk that I spoke to and explained my situation. The one tall woman explained to her co-worker that she'd be in the back due to not wanting to be on the floor and left her co-worker, who seemed a bit nervous (maybe newer), to do the exchange without support.The young woman who did help me is named Jessica. She was incredibly sweet and kind, and tried her best to help me in a timely fashion. She explained to me that, while they don't have my dress in-store in the size I'd like, they can ship it to my house without me needing to pay for shipping. She set everything up for me, double-checked the style, size and all my information with me to make sure everything was okay, and I was even refunded some of my money as the dress was on sale for Black Friday.Lovely experience! “I was at this location yesterday and received great service and bought 2 shirts here. I plan to go back and pick up a couple more. It is difficult to find a French Cuff shirt in this area and they had many in stock. The store had a sale going on, but at regular price, both shirts that I bought are worth the $108 each. In Toronto, I'd be paying much more for shirts of this quality. The only downside is that I went there in December and you have to walk around outside in the cold. That's not their fault, just the design of the Niagara Outlet Collection.”

“Good as far as an outlet goes.It’s clean. They had friendly service staff who assisted you and did rounds.The check out was busy but quick nonetheless. Employees seem to enjoy working here which is nice.There was a huge sale the day I went and it was so busy, with limited options but I suppose that happens at outlets.Will always stop in to check it out, but I do prefer the calmness of the regular shops.”

It most certainly won't be the last.As with almost all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. Thrilled to have met and interacted with the staff here who were amazing.
