I recently visited the GAP store at the Niagara Outlet Mall, and I had a fantastic shopping experience. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The selection of clothing was excellent, with a wide range of sizes and styles available.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were quick to assist me with finding the right sizes and provided great recommendations based on my preferences. I was particularly impressed with their patience and professionalism.
Additionally, the prices were very reasonable, especially with the outlet discounts. I found some great deals on quality clothing that I know will last a long time. The fitting rooms were clean and spacious, which made trying on clothes a pleasant experience.

“I went in because I had purchased a dress that I wanted to exchange for a size down. There were 2 sales associates that were behind the desk that I spoke to and explained my situation. The one tall woman explained to her co-worker that she'd be in the back due to not wanting to be on the floor and left her co-worker, who seemed a bit nervous (maybe newer), to do the exchange without support.The young woman who did help me is named Jessica. She was incredibly sweet and kind, and tried her best to help me in a timely fashion. She explained to me that, while they don't have my dress in-store in the size I'd like, they can ship it to my house without me needing to pay for shipping. She set everything up for me, double-checked the style, size and all my information with me to make sure everything was okay, and I was even refunded some of my money as the dress was on sale for Black Friday.Lovely experience! “I really do like this store. I’ve gotten some great deals, and even found many items available on the regular website for a margin of the price. I have one recommendation however…. After having experienced Black Friday and Boxing Day here, I beg of you to have an employee outside doing crowd control. I have been the first 10 people in line both times this past year, with Boxing Day being the worst for people cutting in. When we first got there, my sister and I would have been the first 5 people (they give something to the first 5-10 in line, and people know this). Immediately after getting there, a party of 4 joined the front of the line with their daughter who jumped out of the car and ran. We said nothing because they had just opened the gates. About 10 minutes before the store opened, another party of 4-5 people tried to join their family at the front of the line behind the other party, right before staff came out to hand out things to the first 5-10 people. The line had at least 30 people behind them that they tried cutting in front of. This time I said something myself. It’s truly not fair that people will stand outside for an hour and a half, and just have to let people cut in line who have been waiting for not even 2 minutes. 1 spot should save you 1 spot, not 5, and can be limited by having a staff member monitor this and say something about it. This review is not to ruin the fun for people, being that you hand a bonus out to the first few people. By all means, I think you should keep the incentive, but I really do think it needs a handle on it.”
