Not a big fan of the coffee. Also having to go into the convenience store to pay for our meal is a tad inconvenient and a pain when the people that are paying for their gas are in line too.”
“This store has been owned and operated by the same family since I've moved to North Bay and they are the most nice humble and understanding store owners that I've ever met. Definitely is a nice change from all the other convenience stores being taken over by newcomers (not being racist) I just mean that I feel more comfortable with the same people serving me over a lot of years”

“My wife stopped at that location at 1am to get gas after a long trip to get home. After leaving, a homeless looking man came up behind her asking for money, she was terrified and in a not well lite location she gave him the money she had in her pocket and pleaded to not to hurt her. No employees came out. I called the store as soon as she told me this and for 30min straight there was no answer. Stay clear if you value your safety, what has happened to our city ?”

“This Esso is well positioned near the Hwy 11/17 artery and on Algonquin Ave. The location is clean, boasts new signage and is well maintained. It has ample gas pumps and an air station. The Tim Hortons, washroom, and ATM machine make this station an even more relevant one stop shop. This is one of the few automated car washes in North Bay. The drawback here is the high volume of vehicle and pedestrian traffic that make this a very difficult location to traverse and park at.”

“Went on a Friday afternoon and was somewhat disappointed that only 2 of the 4 pumps were in service. The line was very long so we ended up going up the road to another station with the same price for gas.”
