If you're looking for specialty ingredients or premium cuts of meat, this is definitely a place worth visiting. Just bear in mind that it can be a little pricier than other Portugese store.”

I'm an old guy that has eaten a lot of sausages but never anything as good as these. We live in London, Ont. and our daughter brought some when she came for a visit. They were frozen but cooked perfectly once thawed. When we go to Toronto we will be stocking up. Sure wish Link Haus would expand to London!”

He calmly guided us, showed us incredible cuts of meat (hands-down the best meat I’ve ever seen), and then vacuum-sealed everything with the utmost care.

“I love the Kensington location. However, I live much closer to the Gerrard & Coxwell location, so this is the one I visit most often.
The quality of the meat and other products is excellent, and the selection is thoughtfully curated. My four star rating is based almost entirely on the customer service rather than the products themselves.
The staff could be friendlier and take customers’ questions more seriously. To be fair, on most visits it has seemed like there was some kind of issue or the staff were simply in a bad mood.
On two separate occasions, we arrived shortly before closing and were told we couldn’t be served, even though the store was still open. As a small business owner myself, I find that disappointing. In my view, you’re either open or you’re closed. Closing tasks should be done before or after business hours whenever possible, but customers who arrive during posted operating hours should still be welcomed and served.
The products are outstanding, and that’s what keeps me coming back. With a more welcoming attitude and a stronger focus on customer service, this location would easily earn five stars.”

Jarloth and the team are the Best in class when it comes to service, whether it comes recomending cuts and recipes or even reaching out to let me know when my regular orders arrive before they sell out. 10/10 recommend. Most products are raised and grown grass fed on their own farms.”

The meat is top quality and my staff loved it. Bonus.....picked up the buns they have for sale as well. Not sure if they are made in house but they were amazing. Held up well for a steak sandwich. The gents butchered these T-Bone steaks, trimmed and prepped them on my busy Saturday afternoon to order. Beautifully trimmed without excessive fat well worth the local butcher touch.
