“A hole in the wall behind 7 Numbers restaurant with by far the best hoagie I have ever had. A deluxe version with really high quality meats, including sausage. Be prepared to wait for a few minutes while the sandwich is lovingly prepared. Going back very soon for the others.”

All true.What I’d like to focus on is what happened to me last night.My attention was elsewhere when I entered the shop and I was hit in the head by the door and bleeding. The care and genuine concern I received from the staff was as if I were a colleague.If they are reading this I’d like to say another big thank you to them. “It was my very first time visiting this store today, and everything about it was spot-on enough, that I’ll be more than stoked to patron them again.This store is extremely clean & well organized, and although they offer dozens of what seemed to be craft products (sauces), all of these products were neatly organized and well displayed.I was only looking for a couple of freshly made delicious burgers today, and ROAST most certainly came through. These beef steak patties were very tasty, and they hit the spot being cooked medium (I’ll cook them medium rare now that I trust this shop). Sooooo tasty!I’ve recently moved in the ‘hood and am glad that I found ROAST on St Clair W.I’m stoked to return to try all their goodies; from meats to sauces!”

“Been going to this butcher shop since mine closed down 9 years ago. I've tried other butchers closer to me and was not thrilled with the quality. Than I stumbled upon this place. This place is top notch when it comes to friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ali and Kevin are amazing at their craft, they can get whatever product you want and prepare it as desired. Susan's baked goods are delicious. Everything is fresh and price wise, it's not cheap however you get exactly what you pay for. You can't expect to buy a steak here for No Frills pricing with their quality. I've recommended this place to everyone I know for high quality proteins. AAA grade indeed. Try the in-house seasoning for your protein, you will not be disappointed.”

“I always get my meat here. The place itself doesn't look the best but never had an issue with the meat. A little pricey but I assume cost of everything has gone up. I am happy to live so close to here. The people working there are MashAllah so nice, mostly the main guy and one or two others. I like that they offer some other grocery items it's convenient. Their hot food items is ok nothing amazing I wish they would offer better and maybe some more options of marinated meat like other stores you can get delicious marinated lamb chops and ribs.”

“I go here all the time. I buy a massive flintstone steak for about $20-25. Inch and a half thick. They have 100 different kinds of steak rub.They have pretty much anything you want including some inique items. This is the best place to go if you're a Meat Lover!”
