“Love strolling around here and finding doo dads and bits and bobs for the home. Also love getting stationary and pretty folders and such for work items. I feel bad for the staff, they always seem to be sick! Never ever seen a smile there, since they all wear masks! How can HR tell if they're enjoying themselves if I can't see their lovely smiles?”

  5. Dollarama - 20 Orfus Road

20 Orfus Road, North York ON M6A 1L6

    3.9 Good 75 reviews

“Given the current economic climate, it’s no surprise that places like Dollarama are getting busier by the day—more and more people are turning here to stretch their budgets. It’s still an absolute treasure trove with an incredible variety of items, from cleaning supplies and kitchen gadgets to snacks and seasonal decor. You can definitely find some amazing deals, though it's worth keeping expectations in mind regarding product quality: some items are a bit hit-or-miss and strictly 'good enough for the price' rather than durable. That said, the store handles the crowds well. They have self-checkout options, so even when the store is packed, the lines move remarkably fast. A very convenient spot for daily essentials as long as you pick and choose wisely!”
