“Amazing customer service! My questions were answered quickly via email with even a phone call from the company to help go over details. We were also very happy that they were willing and able to ship to us here in Cape Breton directly to our front door (that's hard to find here with a lot of stores.) The shipping company was also great to deal with. We love our new futon and mattress...it fits into our small space perfectly, love the additional storage drawers, it's quite comfortable and exactly what we wanted. It was also fairly easy to assemble. Great experience overall!”

“I can’t say enough about Ard’s customer service! We bought a sectional sofa and two chairs from them 6 years ago and they are all still in perfect condition. This year we used their cleaning and storage service for our cushions. When they were returned we thought we were short a cushion. When we told them they immediately ordered another one for us which they delivered in less than a week. It turned out that the cushion had fallen behind the sofa so we called to tell them and offered to pay them for it. They told us it wasn’t necessary- Very impressive!!!!!”

It was a cold, snowy day and I had the store to myself. Steven, the sales rep, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience really comfortable. I appreciated being able to try out the mattresses without feeling any pressure to buy.
I ended up purchasing a queen-size mattress called the Vienna the same day. Delivery was smooth and hassle-free. My parents have had the mattress for about a month now and they’re very happy with it.
