“I don't often write reviews, but today's exceptional experience at Urban Barn simply couldn't go unmentioned. The staff here has always been incredibly friendly during our visits, but today, their exceptional service truly stood out.I dropped by the store to pick up my online order, and things took an unexpected turn. I was wearing a pair of black leather shoes that my grandmother had passed on to me. These shoes had been sitting in her closet for years, and today was the day they decided to give up on me. Halfway through the store, I noticed my shoes feeling uneven, and to my horror, they were disintegrating, leaving a trail of black leather bits all over the pristine store. I was beyond embarrassed, and I could tell that the sales associate had also noticed, given how immaculate the store was.I explained what had happened, and instead of making me feel even more self-conscious, she was incredibly understanding and reassuring. She assured me that they cleaned the store regularly and that it was no big deal. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but her kindness and professionalism truly saved the day.I want to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude for her exceptional customer service. It's not every day that you come across such understanding and compassionate staff members. This experience has not only ensured my return to Urban Barn but will also make me a regular customer. Thank you again for your exceptional service, and for turning what could have been a mortifying situation into a positive one. “You can get name brand appliances and comfortable/reliable furniture ANYWHERE. But only at this specific The Brick location are you greeted right away at the door with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always ran into Patience and worked with her but today, Patience was not there and I was still able to get the same excellent shopping experience with Antoinette. Kudos to the human resources department for hiring such dedicated and friendly professionals. Kudos to the store manager who most likely treats his staff with respect and ensures proper etiquette in his store. ? I have been shopping here for over 10 years and will definitely be back!”

We contacted Michael who was very friendly and accommodating to our request as we are very cautious shoppers in doing our best to research both our purchase option and the potential seller that we will choose.After a few calls and text messages, Michael made us feel comfortable as someone we could take a chance on giving our trust. We visited the store in Markham, which has a nice front showroom and typical rear warehouse style showroom. I am pleased to report that Michael exceeded our expectations in the entire purchase process. The quality of the Alf Italia product is near flawless in both build and quality. In today's market one must expect some issues but with this purchase from Buona Furniture and Mont Blanc Bedroom set we chose, there were zero issues from start to finish. This product is next level compared to the average furniture you will find at the bigger common furniture stores.The icing on the cake was the delivery process. The delivery staff is amazing. “An adorable little shop filled with gorgeous artwork and décor. The shopkeeper was incredibly helpful, and explained to me how to tell crystalware from glassware. If you’re looking for something specific, no matter how odd, she can call up various people and do her best to get it for you. (For instance, one time a lady came in looking for an old-fashioned anvil.) Despite what it says on the website, they don’t have books. Still, if you’re serious about decorating a new place, this is a gem of a store.”

“So I went to this store casually just to look around. And I came across an item that I liked and inquired about it. This very kind and sweet associate (Trover) helped me and went beyond and above. Gosh he had so much patience with my hyper kids. I ended up buying a dining set, a bunk bed and so much more. When they delivered my furniture they had forgotten to include one more chair. I called the store and Trover took it upon himself to deliver the chair to me. This kind of customer service deserves an award.
