“It was a cool moment in Alborz supermarket where recently opened a nice bakery in the corner of supermarket. I could put my own sesame and herbs on top my bread (sangak) which reminded me of my good childhood memories in Iran.”

“Kourosh supermarket is our favorite grocery store and one of the best Persian supermarkets in Ontario. The staff are very professional, friendly, and polite. They have a wide variety of Persian (and non-Persian) products. Their pastry and deli sections provide very fresh and delicious desserts and foods, too.”

“This place is good. By good I mean top notch convenience store good. It has a lot of hygiene products and has the best snacks and 5 fridges full of drinks, they even have aloe Vera drinks and tomato juice. Surprisingly, this place has ramen! There are a lot of types such as cup o noodles all the way to kung fu ramen. The store has a stationary section with scissors, pencils, erasers, and chargers. The place has lottery tickets (opened on June 3 ) and a place near the entrance with a couple bracelets and jewelry. The flowers are a reasonable price, and at the entrance to the store there is a bus stop, and one bike stand. If you’re planning on stopping by here, you don’t even have to lock your bike. I really recommend to go here for road trip stops or while going on a bike ride for a fuel up.”

It's a beautiful, European style little market but provides everything from gelato icecream to fresh sandwiches, salads and hot, delicious food to satisfy all diverse tastes ? It's also a wonderful place for cakes and cookies and delectable pastries! My delight was finding fresh vegetables and fruits, and a variety of breads with a deli and fresh fish, chicken and other meats, and so much more! All the people who work there are friendly and super helpful. I recommend that you visit Marcheleo's Market and you'll be tempted to shop there everyday!”

“5/5 for GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND HONEST BEHAVIOUR.They erroneously overcharged my husband by $4. He didn't even notice.An hour later, the phone rang - the Adjumoni was apologising on the phone (in Hanguel-mal) about overcharging us and please please make sure we get the $4 when we return again. I said: "ken chan ah yoh" (don't worry about it) and she was adamant about us receiving the $4. She must have taken our phone number off the points card.This is an example of honest proprietors and staff. Good people.Tae dan hi kamsah hamnidah!”

I have not ordered freshly cut cheeses on-line for many years as I have almost always been disappointed with the quality regardless of which store I had ordered them from. I was in a pinch and took the chance and was extremely impressed with all of the various pieces especially the two types of brie. Thank you for the dedication and detail you clearly place on maintaining your cheese section.”

“Filipino grocery, has a variety of filipino products on shelves, and other asian products. They also sell minimal fresh produce and meat and refrigerated food items. I cant comment on how fresh their produce and meats are because ive never bought them. We buy our balut here, they sell it a whole package.
The store feels cramped with tight aisles. But it is manageable to walk around people. The cashier works fast, so line ups arent too long. The place is pretty clean and organized.
Prices are a tad bit more expensive if you compare it to bigger grocery chains like no frills.”
“My regular go-to place for real food. Here and Yummies on Dufferin. Clean food. Good quality.. a little pricey but worth it. European home cooking. That being said, produce is definitely higher than anything in a 4 mile radius.”
