“This is a hardware store where I find the employees genuinely enjoy being there. I feel like a person; I was asked twice if I need help even though the store is relatively small and easy to navigate. One of the employees also warned me about a drain cleaning chemical while I was carrying it to the cashier. Just a nice human touch in a very digital world.”

“Great experience here. Was having a home reno at home, got my materials from here! I bought some stuff & it was a technical error from their end of measurement and they returned it rigt away. The guy with glasses and one with short hair, great help & great customer service! They refunded it right away understanding it was an error on their end even if the other employee with no hair was saying no at first. Overall, good place and always having a good sale too!”

“*I dont normally leave reviews but this place has impressed me*A rare GemI do concrete footing and iv been coming here for most of my tools for a cpl years now.It takes me over an hour to drive to this place but you can't beat it for the quality and prices!I can speak for their hammer drills, jack hammers, floats,levels, (wood, concrete and steel) saw blades.Ands that's just off the top of my headThe manager even helped me repair a hammer drill for free when the triger switch stopped working. And taught me how to do it myself if it happens again. Very helpfulWell worth the trip”

“Good range of supplies. I like this place. I've shopped here a good handful of times since 2017.Some reviews say bad customer service but I'd disagree. I've come here and made mistakes in my order and the staff fixed it for me with no complaints, even when it was a bit of a hassle for them. They've done cuts for me when requested. Overall I'm happy with the service I get here.The service can be a bit 'slow' for people these days because we live in this hyper-fast selfish world nowadays, but if you have even a little bit of patience you'll realize that the staff work at a totally reasonable pace. I think it's the customers in a rush that are unreasonable. Just come knowing what you want or browse their showroom and be patient.Overall, it's my go-to spot for all plastic needs.”
