“Had to get my water fed pole fixed because it wasn’t working. Mark the owner, the replaced the bit I needed, did a filter check and fixed any other small issues. Only came out to $7 and was I out of the store in 10 minutes. No notes lol, great experience.”
“This place is fantastic! Quality products, reasonable prices and where they really shine is customer service. Marina answered all my questions before placing my order, had helpful suggestions, and went over and above. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. After sale support was superb also, Marina was able to solve a problem I had with ease. Don't waste your time with big-box, this place is where you need to go if you need new door hardware!”
“I couldn’t be happier with Ontario Stair and Floor Supply.Their prices were excellent, and the service was outstanding. I had no idea what I was doing at the start, but they were patient, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They made everything easy and stress-free, and the final result is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend for great value, great service, and great results. Special thanks to Tina!”
“My new go to plumbing store! Special thanks to Jerry for providing exceptional customer service. He shared expert advice related to items for kitchen and bath reno. (Including where I could save money - without sacrificing on quality or aesthetics). I’m so grateful to make his connection. Store was very easy to get to by transit . (Across the street from Caledonia stop)
Thanks again”
“It’s been a while since I received great customer service. The people and the product are great. This will be my go to place from now on. Thank you Grant. You are amazing brother and you have a good heart. God bless you.”
“Appreciated for your professionalism and being supportive and friendly, although they don’t carry the product I need exactly, they guided me to another nearby store where I can find my parts. Must go place. Thanks again to the store staff!”
“If I could give them 6 stars, I would!
Stopped into Mecko Supply Inc. today thinking I’d just grab what I needed and head out. Instead, I walked into a place where the selection is great—but the customer service? Absolutely unmatched.
They offered me coffee and chocolate, and I jokingly said, “Sure, I’ll take a sandwich.”
Most places would laugh it off.
Not these guys.
One of them asks if I’m allergic to peanut butter (I’m not), disappears, and comes back with a legit peanut butter sandwich. I mean… who does that? Incredible.
On top of that, their prices were noticeably better than the competition, and they stock actual brand-name products—not the bargain-bin stuff some suppliers try to push. Quality gear, fair prices, and people who treat you like a human being.
If you’re in the plumbing or hydronics world, Mecko should be your first stop—full stop.
I’ll definitely be back!”
“Great selection of bathroom fixtures at Bath Depot Stockyards. I found exactly what I needed for my renovation, and the pricing was quite reasonable for the quality.”

“Wonderful experience working with Yolanda at Roman Bath Centre. She helped me to make the right choices for my bathroom renovation. The product selection at Roman Bath is extensive but she helped me to cut through the noise and land on a solution that's perfect for my needs. Pricing is good, expertise excellent and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues outstanding. I am a happy customer!”
“Have dealt with them in the past and have always had an amazing experience. Looking to replace a missing tool. Every vendor I caller had zero interest. Variety Tools was the only one willing to help. Highly recommend.”

“One of my favorite places to shop for for hardware. If you're looking for something to match your old door hardware, this is the place to go.
Say hi to Frank or Sam when you come in. Tell them I said, "Hi"”
“Eclectic place with a little bit of things from woodworking, gardening and some power tools. Be sure to ask for their catalog, which is about $10 and is filled with items and tools for woodworking. Would recommend a stop here.”
“Nick and others really helped me out today. Nick found all the items I needed in Bath department and stayed with me to complete the purchase. Then he and another associate loaded it into my vehicle perfectly.
Great service there today.!!!”
“Went in the other day just browsing for some hardware, was instantly greeted with a warm smile from an extremely nice (and might i add very handsome) gentleman by the name of Ed! He was well versed with all the products and extremely personable! Ed took his time with me showing a multitude of different options and styles. Im not sure what role Ed plays within the company but he is worth his weight in gold! With his overall knowledge and kind demeanor he is an irreplaceable member of Upper Canada!”
“What wonderful employees. So kind, humble ,gentle. I bought a Toro snowblower 39109 . Wow. excellent machine. I'm so happy I bought it from that location. They took such good care of me. Tony and OJ and others that I don't know their names. I'd love to support you and buy the stuff that I need from now on there. It's the first time I deal with home hardware. The Lord Jesus bless you all”
“Recently bought handles and knobs here. Sam provided excellent customer service and was very patient with us. We came here based on the reviews and it did not disappoint. We left another handle place because the service was appalling, so thank you for taking the time to provide good service. Will definitely recommend to others and shop here again in the future.”
“Since I was doing a major home renovation for the first time, I went to The Home Depot for advice. I purchased cabinet accessories, lighting products, and various installation materials for my kitchen renovation. The variety of products available in the store was truly impressive. The employees didn’t just focus on selling products; they tried to understand my needs and suggested several different solutions. This approach made it much easier for me to make decisions. I think it’s a very valuable resource for anyone working on home improvement projects.”
