I purchased a Hybrid Model of mattress.
Which I wanted it to be more firm. They delivered exactly the mattress that I requested and I received it in the exact time frame that Josh gave me.
The delivery of my new mattress went 100% correctly too.

When needed but giving you space to browse. Staff did not approach me at all. Quality seems ok across the board, and there are options at different price points, which I appreciated.
