“I came to Oakville Place to finish some errands and entered The Bay looking for a cardigan. The sales associate named Hala was very helpful. I described the cardigan I was looking for, and she found an excellent one at a reasonable price. Then, she patiently walked me around the store and showed me several dresses before leading me to the changing rooms (and helping me carry my items). She was very helpful and patient. I ended up purchasing the cardigan and three dresses, leaving the store as a happy customer who was very satisfied with my experience. I'll definitely be back at The Bay Oakville Place in the future and highly recommend this branch.”

“It is Sunday and later in the afternoon. There is a screwnail in my tire and I am from out of town. I told the Service Adviser Antonio of my plight and they took my right away. Both the mechanic and Antonio stayed a bit late and I really appreciate their service!”

“I like this location better than others. I feel like the collection here is good, though the price range may be the same. There's free parking. Even has more cashiers than other locations, so line moves pretty quickly. Worth checking out.”
