“Had a great experience at the Pet Valu on North Service Road at Dorval Crossing on Sunday, December 21. The two staff members who opened the store were incredibly welcoming, kind, and patient.
We are raising a service dog in training, and our puppy was having a very energetic day. Despite that, the staff were nothing but understanding and supportive, making us feel completely welcome.
It was a genuinely positive experience, and management should be very proud of this team. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Nice pet store with lots of organic and healthy food options for pets. Great if you prefer premium, high-quality products ; but prices are definitely on the higher side.
I personally don’t spend that much on pet food, BUT the store is super clean and the staff is very helpful.”
