“I just want people of Oakville to know that Edward and Tiffany run the BEST Pharmacy and have one of the most amazing doctors, (Dr. Nikita Sheth), at his Medical Clinic. We have moved to Kleinburg, and we will continue to drive to Kingsridge Pharmacy and Dr. Sheth, which takes 11/2 hrs to 2 hrs, depending on the traffic. Folks, the friendly hello, calling you by your name, always having time for for a short chat and a hug and ALWAYS have your prescriptions ready. You won’t find this at the big chain stores, BUT with Edward, Tiffany and Nevine, you are treated like FAMILY. We LOVE and RESPECT these wonderful individuals, they have made dealing with medicines so much easier, because they always take their time to explain everything in great detail. We also see Dr. Sheth and she is one of a kind. She looks at you when you are talking to her and she honestly listens, she NEVER rushes, she takes her time. Today, most doctors just type away and never look at you, and just couldn’t care less about who or what really makes you tick. Dr. Sheth has a great secretary/reception, a Jack of all trades and she remembers who you are. Try this pharmacy and Medical Clinic you will NEVER go back to your old one, TRUST ME. Laurel MacLean”

Magdy is a phenomenal pharmacist who knows how to help you regarding what you need, he will go out of his way to make sure to get the medication you need even if it’s after hours or deliver during the day . Now when it comes to deliveries, I know Nora works hard to get them done- and while doing so she is an absolute joy and sweetheart :) they also have accessibility to the R.A.A.M CLINIC. So feel free to reach out for hell if you're struggling.”

“Pharmacist was able to assist me when I was travelling and forgot my medication. I went into a Shoppers Drug Mart to see if they could supply me with a few days of my BP medication. They wanted the prescription transferred from Healthsense. I called the Pharmacist and he was able to get it done ASAP. We need to support these small independent Pharmacy’s as they provide much better service then the Loblaw owned conglomerates that treat everyone like a $ sign.”

“The Pharmacist here is very friendly and attentive. He really pays attention and gets to know each client. He also remembers the previous medications prescribed and follows up to see if the medication was effective or not. Last week, I brought my son to buy an ankle brace, and he was very patient, helping him try different options until we found the best fit. Today, I returned for a prescription, and since I don’t have insurance, he patiently explained and provided an OHIP-covered option. I really appreciated the care and attention. “This is the best pharmacy in Oakville! Sherif and his team are so understanding, knowledgeable and accommodating. I’ve been going my whole life but in the past few years especially I have come to appreciate their flexibility and support. They are my favourite health care providers solely because of how much they care about their patients. They also offer delivery and can work with you to get your prescription if you’re not coming from the doctor next door. If they don’t have a medication they will order anything you want and have always been able to find a way to get me a prescription even if I’m down to the wire. Super grateful to have this quality service available to me, 5 stars 10x over.”

“Excellent service! I’ve been checking a number of pharmacies for a certain product for my father who has been sick for over a year now with a bad sinus infection. I wasn’t able to find the product anywhere, as apparently it’s in high demand right now and out of stock everywhere. Metro was the first place I was actually able to get a box! However, when I went back to get more, they were now out of stock, but one of the pharmacists, Sheila, was SO helpful, she called around to other pharmacies and found another location close by that had one in stock and reserved it for me. I would never expect a pharmacy to call around for me, but I think that goes to show there are still people who care and go out of their way to help others. Thank you Sheila for all your help!”

“We have always had positive interactions with the Pharmacy and they continue to work with us for our daughters medications (monthly regular refills). The pharmacists have gone out of their way to accommodate us when we have forgotten to pickup medications and always does the same with a smile. Our medication pickup process has always been seamless and uneventful.We read the negative comments and wonder what we are doing differently? what comes to mind is this - we are patient when we see long line ups or a busy employee, we don't demand or speak rudely to store employees and we always thank employees for taking care of us - being nice, human and communicative always goes a long way.Try and get to know your pharmacist and build a relationship instead of treating the store and employees like a highway pit stop in your busy lives!We will continue to depend on the team at Ray Pharmacy for the life saving medications and advice that they provide us for our daughter.
