She had fantastic product knowledge and based on the type of shoe that normally fits me well she made some creative suggestions. She also made recommendations for some waterproof treatment I was looking to pick up for my partner. She also gave me some suggestions to fix a pair of shoes i already have. There is a reason why you can't buy everything online, the reason is you won't have access to experts like Jen. Jen, I love my new hikers!!!”

The staff stands out for being genuinely friendly and helpful without being pushy. They seem knowledgeable about the products and are happy to help you find the right fit or suggest items based on your activities. The store itself is well-organized and clean, making it easy to browse.
However, the prices are quite steep, even by athletic wear standards. While the quality is generally good, it's hard to justify the cost for many items when there are comparable alternatives available at much lower price points. You're definitely paying a premium for the brand name.
If budget isn't a concern and you're loyal to the brand, this location offers a pleasant shopping experience. But for value-conscious shoppers, the high prices significantly impact the overall value proposition.”

“Craig helped my son, my best friend and I yesterday! Was amazing! We are new to skiing and went for help and guidance and we left with our own skis, boots, poles and big smiles !!
