“I had an unusual situation arise recently, and I just wanted to say thank you to the manager and staff at this Esso/On The Run. Everyone treated me with professionalism, kindness, and respect during what was a very stressful day. The manager went above and beyond to help me, took time to answer my questions and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. It’s rare to come across people who are willing to help someone in need the way they did. Thank you to the entire team for your compassion and professionalism. You turned a difficult experience into one that reminded me there are still genuinely good people out there. I truly appreciate everything you did.”

“The man at the counter was the friendliest man my boyfriend and I have ever met! We called asking if they sold fire wood and when we got to the gas station he helped us bring the wood to the car and made sure we had everything we needed.”

“Cheapest diesel and the bathroom is nice as heck. Walked in thinking it be a gross gas station bathroom but instead it was a fancy one. Had a giggle at the intl graffiti that also agreed that the bathroom was very nice.”

“Great staff at this gas station but saw an older customer come in slam his drink on the counter and then mumble in a very low voice to the Indian at the cash register to which the employee asked him to repeat himself and then the customer yelled at this poor employee and under his breathe said something racist about Indians. And he banged the door hard on his way out. PLEASE ban these customers from your store. Your poor employee was taken aback by this customers disgusting behaviour and I was in shock and upset for your employee who told me he does that all the time. Why are you allowing customers into your store that behave this way??! It was actually terrifying to see how enraged he was. Please put up a sign on your door that aggressive and belligerent behaviour is not allowed!!! It’s scary for your other customers too! Your employee handled it very well and was still polite but he shouldn’t have to put up with that!! Tell your customers that this is NOT acceptable until they learn to behave like an actual human being!”

“Nice staff, cheap gas. Hint. Always prepay inside. If you prepay at the pump there is an additional 2.00 plus processing fee**** on your debit card. double check this with management as I haven't experienced it myself, although I did experience the card getting declined at the pump and the same card accepted at the counter. And watched other drivers go through the same thing. The store is well stocked and the gas is good quality.”

“Such a nice place and great convenient store. Every employee there is so nice, have a cool and kind nature. Especially the manager of the store has a very nice gesture towards every employee and customers.A quick note to customers ~ They wont let customers get in for the washroom or atm because of the safety of employees working there in the night time. Dont just randomly put the comments as they dont let you enter to the store in the night time. Try to understand the necessity of shutting the store doors at night.”

“Few weeks ago I got overcharged in the store. I called the staff working there named Kamal. He helped me a lot. While manager was checking the transaction he used to give me updates. I received the refund with his and the manager’s help. Thank you so much for the service.”

“Friendly, helpful staff. Competitive prices. But getting in and out is challenging and their hoses don't go around the car to allow you to fill up from the far side.”

“Gas and a car wash. Recently purchased vehicle and the car wash revealed the one spot they painted over the rust to hide it. So that wheel washer is really good.Great spot and usually less busy than the other one near by. Car wash and the other gas station.”

“I highly recommend this gas station. The staff was polite and attentive and it has the cleanest washroom in a gas station that I've seen in months! I have travelled through Niagara Falls, St. Catharine's, Alliston, Barrie to Bobcaygeon and Orillia.”

“Excellent Service and Great Car Wash Deal! Visited today (July 8 at 6:52 PM) for a car wash and drinks. I was pleasantly surprised by the great deal—even though I didn’t fuel up that day, Naresh still gave me the gas-price deal with $2 off, as I’m a regular customer. That kind of gesture is rare! Employee was extremely kind, respectful, and helpful. Compared to other gas stations where service feels cold or strict, this experience stood out. Because of Naresh’s excellent service, I’ll definitely keep coming back here. Highly recommended!”

“I would definitely recommend to visit that store. The staff is polite, charming and show professionalism in work, especially a girl named Avon who works mostly evenings at the store. She is very generous and always willing to help people whenever they need. All in all, the store looks clean and tidy whenever I visit there. So, overall it's a good place.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
