“I have had the pleasure of dealing with ECC Tuned for over 10 years now. From diagnostics and trouble shooting,tunes,clutches,maintenance and other repairs. There level of expertise and detail is top notch. The entire staff is dialed in and very dedicated to providing a better overall service experience then you receive at new car franchise stores.In fact I would have to admit they are probably the best shop in the GTA to deal with when it comes to this category of mechanical repairs and services. I would highly recommend trying them out in comparison to other shops in the city. They have proven themselves time and time again and there tunes are well worth every dollar for the overall outcome in the end. They are extremely knowledgeable and honest when it comes to replacing what is necessary to properly address an issue. Among all the brands I explored, Mazda left the best overall impression on me. The CX-30? is absolutely lovely in design, both cute and elegant at the same time. “We purchased a 2010 Honda Odyssey Touring from KS Cars Auto on December 6, 2025, with around 160,000 km on it.
Joanna was one of the most reliable and genuine salespeople. She wasn’t pushy at all, and we felt completely comfortable speaking with her throughout the process. A week before making the final payment, she let us test‑drive the vehicle without asking for any deposit—some dealers don’t let us do the test drive and pushed us some deposits.
The pricing was fair and right where it should be, so we didn’t feel the need to negotiate. The car has been driving very well; after putting a few thousand kilometres on it, we’ve had no issues so far until now.
She also provided aftermarket warranty options, which we appreciated given the potential cost of repairs on an older vehicle.
We noticed a missing knob/switch on the car’s system, and Joanna offered to replace it for free. She had to back‑order it from Honda, and although I haven’t had the chance to return to get that part, I plan to go on a weekend to pick it up.
What really stood out is that she didn’t forget about us after the sale. She followed up, checked in, and asked for feedback—showing real integrity and excellent customer service.
We highly recommend this dealership and confidently give them a 5‑star rating”
