“The goat of outdoor activity equipment in Ottawa. On top of that, their customer service is elite. I came in on this particular occasion looking help with my bike. I needed to learn how to put sealant in my tires & also buy new bike shoes.
Harry is a wizard in the bike shop. He basically has a PhD in bicycling-ology. Helpful and taught me how to repair a tire as well.
Peter was great helping me get my repair kit topped up and fitted with the right shoes.
Also - super competitive pricing and they price match! Highly recommend. SUPER DUPER!”
“Fabulous bike shop! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and engaging staff. While touring through the Ottawa area we stopped by to get some work done to our bikes- they got us back on the road in no time - thanks”
“Amazing, friendly, patient, knowledgeable staff. Thanks Annika, you were so helpful, I am so excited to get back into biking. You helped me and my ride so much :)”
