“I only had positive experiences during my PC repair. Staff were very chill and super transparent during the process.
I brought my PC to some other places for repairs and those places took days just to tell me they can’t figure out the issue and I gave up for a few months.
Friend told me about Canadas Computers and they figured out the issue in like two days and fixed it up pretty quick during the holiday season. They give you multiple options and like I said are very transparent about the process and answer your questions in depth no matter how computer illiterate you may be.
If I ever have an issue again you can bet I’ll be going back.”

“2022 UPDATE: met with the manager today and she was very nice.I wish they had some pop socket auto attachments.….. …..Previous exp:Not especially happy about their customer service at this location. After waiting 10 minutes at gate as there was 3 people inside. A young man asked me what I’m looking for. I say popsocket mount. He says oh ya we have those then goes to check and I don’t see him for another 30 minutes!Meanwhile a woman working there doesn’t care about anything it seems just wandering around. A Filipino woman sitting on the ground in front of counter, waiting for her cell phone that took ages.It was a scene that could have played at the theatres lol..I like the store though and I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars at Best Buy over the years. This mini location is so convenient!”

“After my daughter’s brand new iPhone 15 was stolen, I spent three exhausting hours at the police station and made numerous calls—five to Apple (where I was advised not to go into the store to ask for help) and eight to my provider, Telus—only to find no one could help mark the phone’s IMEI as stolen. It was incredibly frustrating, especially since my daughter, an 18-year-old university student, depends on her phone not only for her studies but also to commute over an hour each way for school. Despite my hesitation and frustration with the lack of support, we decided to try our luck at the Apple Store in Rideau.
When we arrived, I shared our story, and Santiago (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly) overheard our conversation with his coworker and immediately showed empathy and understanding, and was eager to take on our case. Although he was busy with another client, he made a point to help us as soon as he was free, even going so far as to reach out to a personal contact at Telus. Despite all the calls I had previously made to Telus myself, Santiago’s persistence and connections made the difference—I finally had confirmation that the stolen phone would be marked as such.
While it was a huge financial hit to have to buy another $1,500 phone, Santiago’s kindness and commitment to resolving our problem really put my mind at ease. Thank you, Santiago, and the team at Rideau’s Apple Store, for turning an awful experience around.”
