“Absolutely amazing experience with this company. There was a small issue with receiving the wrong items in my order. Let me start by saying it was Christmas time so I can only imagine how many orders they were packing in a day so the item mix up was forgivable. I emailed their support team and within 2 business day they had sent my order plus a return label for the item I received mistakenly. Excellent customer service, super friendly! There was one frame that didn’t feel quite right to me, and without hesitation they changed it for me at no extra charge. That level of customer care meant so much and made the entire experience feel easy and stress free.

“The staff are extremely helpful here and always assist me and my kids when we're looking for a product with a specific quality. My son recently was looking for art markers and the staff member was extremely patient and showed him the various types, explained the differences between them and let him try them out. This is very helpful considering the crazy price for them. Also, the 40% coupons are great. This store is worth checking out if you're creative or an artist!”

“I went here while visiting from BC. The staff were very friendly and helpful for a newbie. Food was typical casino style food. Chairs were a little uncomfortable and the fans were top speed so our papers were flying around. The caller we had was not the best with his French calling but other than that we had fun and would go again.”

“Came across Paper Papier (Ottawa) when looking for a specific hard to find fountain pen. Andrew, the store proprietor had full stock and was able to answer all my questions; didn't realize the differences between all the styles; I was so impressed with him and the store, I ended up purchasing five (5) Diplomat Viper pens to give as gifts to colleagues this season. Highly recommend this store!!!!”
