I am writing this as I stand in line waiting to be served. Staff walk around and no one comes to assist the tellers as the customer line grows. Customer service is getting worse.
Not sure if there is a better bank out there that remembers good Customer service is important

They never take their appointments on time or just miss them completely. They don't return emails or voicemails. I've watched this location go downhill over the last several years.
