I chatted with Ted who asked a few questions about our pup and gave us some suggestions on food and explained why. He was so very helpful and we'll be happy to shop here from now on! When going through the heartbreaking experience of pet death, the team is professional and incredibly compassionate, working with you to make the necessary arrangements.
The reception staff are absolute rockstars and are incredibly easy to work with when booking an appointment, ordering food/medication or just pleasant to talk with when you are in the building.
I would enthusiastically refer them if you are looking for a vet clinic.

Phoenix is treated with such great care — which is especially important because he’s a very high-maintenance pup! ? I really appreciate how they take the time to get to know each individual pet and make sure every question or concern is answered. Appointments never feel rushed, and the new app makes ordering his meds super easy. Highly recommend!

We had their “take home” butter croissants. They’re sold frozen. Apparently they were hand-made on site.
We proof them at home, then egg wash and bake.
All I have to say about them is they were the best croissants I’ve ever had eaten.
Seriously, I’ll never buy store bought/grocery store croissants now.
Yes, they’re more expensive, but worth every penny.
Next time I visit Peterborough, I need to get my fix there.
Oh, the hot beverages. Way better than Starbucks.
Always good to buy local too.
