I was really worried when I moved to Oshawa because I wasn’t sure if I would be able to find a groomer who truly understood my Pug, Charlie. He is a special case when it comes to his behaviour, so finding someone patient, caring, and understanding was extremely important to me.
Then I found Touch of Paw, and honestly, I feel so grateful and blessed that I did. ❤
They are genuinely the best team — so caring, patient, understanding, and clearly people who truly love dogs. Most importantly, they understand Charlie and treat him with so much kindness and care. I can see that they genuinely care about his comfort and well-being.

Pat went above and beyond to make careful notes about everything as well as sending me photos and updates daily. Not only did she take excellent care of Bean, she also made sure the house was tidy and plants watered, garbage taken out, etc. while I was gone. Highly recommended!!
