“Always good deals and clearance to be found at the hillcrest location. Fitting room attendant is always super kind each time I visit (I wish I got her name) and she is always super patient, polite, and really great at greeting customers. Cashiers are sometimes hit or miss in terms of friendliness but they are quick to get you through the checkout line. Store is pretty organized as well. It’s worth visiting and sometimes the in store prices are cheaper than online, plus it’s better to try things on here as old navy can sometimes be inconsistent in sizing”

“My go to store, always good except for: shopping bags. I'm spending hundreds of dollars here and you can't offer me shopping bags? I have to buy them instead? How about customer loyalty, or simply a small token of appreciation?
But I fear this is a widespread phenomena nowadays.”

“Stopped by on Wednesday, February 5, around 7:10 PM to pick up a few V-neck T-shirts and had a fantastic experience! The sales rep on the floor was incredibly helpful in finding the right items from the website, and the cashier (#3614083) was just as great, and even helped with price-matching the online price on request. Outstanding service from start to finish—five stars!”
