“I had a great experience with parts at the Auto Centre for a set of winter rims. Initially I placed an online order of the incorrect size; but had no issues bringing it in for a return. At the parts desk, the management here helped me place an order on the spot to be delivered in time for my car appointment. The new order came with a missing centre hub cap cover, but the team again helped me track, keep me updated and finally found one for my set after a two week ordeal. Although a small detail & during busy season, I truly appreciate the help I got.”

“Title: A Perspective on Hudson Bay Department StoreI recently revisited the Hudson Bay department store, a retail establishment I have frequented over the years. While the store boasts a considerable size, my observations led me to reflect on its current standing, particularly in catering to the preferences of the younger demographic.Hudson Bay undeniably houses notable brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Boss, and Polo. However, the limited presence of sought-after brands among the younger generation raises concerns about the store's appeal to this demographic. To rejuvenate its image and regain popularity, Hudson Bay must diversify its brand portfolio to align with the evolving tastes of the youth.Furthermore, the store's management should consider injecting fresh energy by hiring young and ambitious individuals. These individuals can actively engage with customers, present products, and contribute to effective advertising strategies. A more dynamic and youth-oriented workforce would not only enhance the shopping experience but also aid in reshaping the store's image. To captivate a specific group of customers, Hudson Bay could explore strategic partnerships or themed promotions, such as showcasing and advertising cars or motorcycles within the store. This approach has the potential to create a unique and memorable shopping environment, attracting enthusiasts and fostering a sense of community. In conclusion, the Hudson Bay department store may benefit from a comprehensive revitalization strategy that encompasses both its product offerings and internal dynamics. A strategic emphasis on youth-oriented brands, coupled with a proactive and dynamic workforce, could pave the way for the store to reconnect with the younger generation and regain its standing as a popular shopping destination.”

“Lots of kitchen stuff, like the name says.I was looking for a ridged tart tin around 8 - 10 inches in diameter. A staff member asked me if I needed help. She showed me that they only had the small ones, but suggested the names of two other stores that may have them.Glad to meet somebody who just wants to help. For that reason, I'll be back again.”

“Great auto garage customer service! Koshan Durukhshan, Service Advisor at the service counter was friendly, knowledgeable on tires / models and prompt to provide service on Feb 17 and then when I returned Feb 18 to have four new Michelin Pilot AS4 tires installed and old disposed of for my appointment. Stellar service. Mechanic was also friendly and knowledgeable when I spoke with him. First time going to this garage and would definitely return! They don’t oversell, push or cause any stress. Took 1.5 hour to change new tires, and service. Highly recommend VS Vaughan location (as it’s always super busy at Vaughan Location and team as a result seem overworked). The team at Richmond hill are fast, professional and actually care. Thanks, J”

“Let me state that for a couple of years this location was really down; Lately, (within the last two years or so) I observed that they DEFINITELY IMPROVED EVERYTHING! The meat department has fresh meat and the veggies department has excellent quality vegetable and fruits. The most pleasant surprise was one of their floor personnel: a very knowledgeable Asian lady assisted me EXEMPLAR within the INTERNATIONAL FOOD department! She was ab le to identify the product for which I was looking for, to locate it in less than one minute! I was very impressed how attentive she came with me and showed me exactly where the product for which I was looking for is in the shelve.I am using this store lately for the daily needs and I consider it as being one of the best Walmart in the GTA.”

“Next to No Frills, Walmart is our go to for an 'in and out experience as of today, there are limited line ups and cab go right in without any issues. With the majority of isles now blocked off due to government mandates, you are now limited to mostly pharmacy and food items. From a cost perspective, a but more variety as I believe there are a number of items fro. The US (could be wrong) including fruits and veggies. A little more on the price side for those if compared to No Frills. With the renovation done last year, you now have a more robust butcher and fresh fish stations, with some reasonable helpful staff on the other side. Overall, a good alternative to your usual supermarkets. And if you are shy of long line ups, you aren't likely to find those here as of writing -Zuk”
