Years due to my work and materials we use. A simple recommendation from Mrs Mahsa on how to clean my hands after work and how to wash them, finally after 20 years my super dry and cracked fingers are in good condition now. She also recommended a cream to me at the pharmacy, I bought it and used it. My hands are not dry and I dont have cracked skin in my hands anymore. I’m so happy. Thank you and Happy New Year ? ????”
“I have been traveling in Toronto for two weeks and I got the flu. I have tracheal sensitivity. I cough until I die. I have finished taking the medicine I brought with me from the doctor in Hong Kong. There is still some nasal discharge flowing down my throat, causing me to keep coughing. I still cough every day. I owe less, but I don’t know how to calculate it...I passed this pharmacy today. The pharmacist spoke Cantonese and understood my situation. It turns out that the phlegm-reducing cough medicine I bought in other pharmacies did not help my illness. My nose was refluxing, so I needed to be treated for nasal inflammation. He could prescribe nasal spray for me and teach me how to wash my nose. I used it when I returned to the hotel, and the nosebleed immediately stopped and I felt much better! I am so grateful to this patient pharmacist!”

“I had an urgent need for my 16 month old on a Sunday evening and I had no where to fill his prescription and Mr Lin was so kind and accommodating and was able to urgently complete my son’s prescription. This saved us a trip to the hospital and as a nurse and mom, knowing there was a person who cared enough to take time away from his personal life on a Sunday evening to help a desperate mom, I am immensely grateful.
