“I come to this gas station for a while now because they have the best price especially in the times they have offers, the only station close to this price is super save on gas but their staff are not as friendly and hardworking as these guys here. Today, Derek fill up the gas tank and I've paid inside the car and another wonderful man just cleaned my windows as favour which I have seen nowhere else, it is their usual. I highly suggest them, they are the best gas station in Richmond. Honestly I have seen nothing negative to highlight, this is the Canadian way.”
“I gassed up here today by recommendation of m friends who lives nearby after I dropped them off. Shocked to see how cheap the gas was for premium, easily $0.15/L cheaper than in Coquitlam where I live which on a 80L fill up on my Range Rover is $12 saved per tank, adds up quick. On top of that I was pleasantly surprised to see the girl working outside actively cleaning up and offering assistance to the vehicles as needed (so many service stations look terrible in terms of cleanliness, this place was clean).When I went inside to pick up some lotto tickets just before 11 PM the girl working (Anu) had just finished closing up the lotto machine for the day but she happily opened it up again for me, easily could have said sorry and I’d be on my way. On top of that she was super friendly and polite.My first part time job when I was back in school was at a service station 21 years ago and I know how thankless it is. People are quick to complain but rarely provide positive feedback. Great job to both the girls working here on the night of Thursday, November 9th, 2023. Keep up the great work and I hope if the owner or management reads this you give them some kudos or a bonus.”

The convenience store was impeccably organized, with clearly labeled aisles and well-stocked shelves. I found it easy to locate everything I needed, from snacks to drinks, without any hassle. The restrooms were also remarkably clean and well-maintained, which is something I truly appreciate as a customer. What stood out to me the most, however, was the efficiency of the staff. Despite being busy, they were friendly, attentive, and quick to assist customers. I was in and out in no time, thanks to their excellent service. “I went to this gas station on Wednesday around 2:30, and there was an issue with the computer system. I was asked to wait for my receipt, and at first the wait was quite long. The cashier seemed a little confused. Later, another staff member named Sumit came to help. He politely explained that there was a computer issue and asked me to wait. After about 5 minutes, he asked me to take a picture from the computer, which was easy. I was in a rush, but he remained very polite, had a gentle smile, and handled the situation very nicely.”

“You can redeem points for a car wash at the convenience store of a gas station. If you are a pc optimum member, 10,000 points can be redeemed for an extreme car wash (the most expensive one). Just scan your membership QR code.
If you are refueling + car washing, there is a discount in the esso app. If you refuel, you can reduce the car wash fee by 2 Canadian dollars.
In the category of touchless car washes, the results have exceeded my expectations. But by the way, before leaving the car wash, please try to spend an extra 10 seconds to let the hair dryer dry it thoroughly. In addition, I recommend bringing a towel and drying the car before setting off, otherwise water droplets will still cause stains when they encounter dust on the road.”
