“Carts are sanitized and hand sanitizer available. Well stocked and floor markings to direct flow. I know the staff are trying to accommodate under these new restrictions and are patient and helpful. Now that Covid restrictions have relaxed in all stores I believe most of the social distancing is no longer mandated and we are "back to normal" without the directional markers.”

While the in-store experience might fall slightly short due to employees not going out of their way to help, the redeeming factor is the incredible efficiency of their website. The detailed inventory numbers and precise aisle information on the website make finding items a breeze. It's like having a personal shopping assistant online. So, even though the in-person assistance might not be top-notch, Canadian Tire's well-organized website definitely picks up the slack and ensures I can quickly locate what I need. Four stars for the in-store experience, but a bonus star for the exceptional online support.”
