Why 4 stars? There was a miscommunication between CAS and the delivery contractor regarding which set up services were included in the sales contract. This was quickly resolved.

My Flip 5 developed a dead spot which was covered under warranty, I was initially told to wait 4–8 weeks for the parts, but they were available within just 10 days, which was a pleasant surprise. The good: parking is abundant, especially on weekends. The store is very well laid out, and it smells good. I thought so, at least...but then again, Iblodebthr smell of hardware stores, it reminds me of growing up
The staff are really nice, too. They're friendly, affable, and look like they're having fun.
However...finding one of those said staff members can be a challenge. I needed someone, but nobody was to be found. I finally found someone after about ten minutes.
Afterwards, it was a great experience. Drew was amazing. He was funny to chat with, and he knew his stuff. As a fellow forklift operator, it was nice to talk about MHE, even though what I needed really had nothing to do with them.
The lack of staff in store could be attributed to the Christmas holiday break, but it would have been nice to find someone quickly.”
