Suddenly it shut off and we were not able to start it again.Luckily I was looking for an auto Mechanic close to my house and his brothers small engine and appliances shop is just beside.Gave a try and was very happy with how fast and fair priced the service was. But only at this specific The Brick location are you greeted right away at the door with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always ran into Patience and worked with her but today, Patience was not there and I was still able to get the same excellent shopping experience with Antoinette. Kudos to the human resources department for hiring such dedicated and friendly professionals. Kudos to the store manager who most likely treats his staff with respect and ensures proper etiquette in his store. ? I have been shopping here for over 10 years and will definitely be back!”

“We were looking for a Central Vacuum to replace the old one we had. AAA super store came out as the best place for us. They stood up to their reputation.Frank Cortese was very helpful. He explained all the options we had and recommended DUOVAC Sensa unit for our home.We purchased the unit, Technician came in on the next day, 15th of December, Removed the old and installed the new and tested it. He was very courteous, completed and cleaned up in just over an hour.We recommend them to anyone who is looking for any kind of Vacuum cleaners.”

Needed to find some outdoor HDX garbage cans that were in the back the staff took the time to hear me out and track down what I was looking for.Bano (amazing woman and staff member) helped me with the products I needed and provided me so much valuable advice on products, service and programs (Pro Xtra); this was invaluable and something that has never been brought up with me.When I made my payment I donated a couple of dollars to a childrens initiative. When I was leaving the store with my item, my receipt was checked and the staff member that checked it thanked me so genuinely for making the donation! While I was not looking for any sort of thanks - the sincereity of the thanks was another positive sign of the people and culture at this store.Looking forward to making this my go to Home Depot as it is hands and feet apart of any of the other Home Depots I have been to!Easily accessible via TTC and a big parking lot.”

“I know there are a lot of different ratings of this place but my experience coming here over 5 projects and 2 years I have always had a great experience. Staff are mostly helpful and often above and beyond helpful. Most of the time what I'm looking for is in stock, which is why i initially started coming here over home depot. Price is marginally more than home depot but for me, home depot is a guaranteed frustrating experience with either none of what I need in stock or just jumbled in random spots and mostly staff not knowing where anything is or what it is for. The professionalism at Lowes, especially for the higher level employees is maybe the best I have ever seen in any retail environment. Like today a cashier noted I qualified for a save the GST discount over two different purchases and the customer service staff worked through it though it was kind of tedious to refund and reenter all of that, the hardware manager also priced/marked down something for me and noted that the other similar items I had got wouldn't be a good choice for outdoor applications, the lumber guys offered to help me load some stuff and encouraged me to swap some lumber out that I didn't feel good about and also walked me through the basics to look for in structural lumber. So while your mileage may vary, I can say for me this place is 110% and I love the people here. It's been a refreshing experience having this place to turn to for building projects. Shout out to Trevor, manager of the hardware department, even though you said you aren't the boss, you are definitely the Boss. Thank you very much for your help today and to the rest of the staff although I didn't happen to catch names. French Canadian (?) sounding lady was also quite on top of things over there in customer service.”

Arman was a very helpful, no pressure salesperson who helped me to find the machine that I needed. The delivery team was very personable and professional and went above and beyond to bring the appliance through my rickety, leaking garage.
