“This is the first time I use the service in Scarboro Mazda. I was lucky to have Najib Farid as my service Advisor. The service team is also very friendly.
Najib is a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service advisor I have ever met compare to all other service advisors I met before. As a Mechanical Engineer myself, when I discuss with him, he knows the car, car problem and symptom very good. He is also familiar with the computer software system that made my first visit faultlessly and fast. I will give him a 10 out of 10 rating. Lucky that Scarboro Mazda has him as a staff. He is a gem of the company and I sure customers will come back to Scarboro Mazda service because of him.

“After my Krown appointment, I had a winter tire change booked a few days later and we all know mechanics usually catch any deficiencies or missed maintenance right away. Instead, my mechanic was genuinely impressed. Every nook, seam, inner panel and hidden corner of the car was coated cleanly and evenly.
It’s rare to see work done this thoroughly, and the results showed immediately. My only regret is not going back every year to maintain the loyalty pricing definitely something I’ll commit to moving forward. If you're planning to rust-proof your vehicle, I highly recommend Krown at McCowan and Sheppard.”

I had many questions on proper size, fit and if required TPMS or ABS sensors etc. Jason handled all my questions professionally. Very honest upfront about doing the work and stuck to his estimate. Didn't try to get me to do additional work. Explained what was done, what potentially I have to do , and I was on my way.!
