“We purchased a 2010 Honda Odyssey Touring from KS Cars Auto on December 6, 2025, with around 160,000 km on it.
Joanna was one of the most reliable and genuine salespeople. She wasn’t pushy at all, and we felt completely comfortable speaking with her throughout the process. A week before making the final payment, she let us test‑drive the vehicle without asking for any deposit—some dealers don’t let us do the test drive and pushed us some deposits.
The pricing was fair and right where it should be, so we didn’t feel the need to negotiate. The car has been driving very well; after putting a few thousand kilometres on it, we’ve had no issues so far until now.
She also provided aftermarket warranty options, which we appreciated given the potential cost of repairs on an older vehicle.
We noticed a missing knob/switch on the car’s system, and Joanna offered to replace it for free. She had to back‑order it from Honda, and although I haven’t had the chance to return to get that part, I plan to go on a weekend to pick it up.
What really stood out is that she didn’t forget about us after the sale. She followed up, checked in, and asked for feedback—showing real integrity and excellent customer service.
We highly recommend this dealership and confidently give them a 5‑star rating”

“Had PCV valve and hose replaced, throttle body and MAF cleaned, and brake and clutch fluid flushed. They gave me a detailed invoice, which I liked. After the service I noticed an RPM issue, so I went back. Mark sat with me in the car so he could see the problem, then checked everything, reset the system, and fixed it.
He also repaired a heat shield rattle with a clamp at no extra charge. Very helpful, honest, and professional service.”
“Drove by Ideal Auto Tech on Lawrence Avenue East at 7:30 in the morning on a wim to see if they could switch out my tires from Summer to Winter and they took me in on the spot, right away. She explained everything simply. They did a full vehicle analysis but only recommended certain problems that I should repair for safety reasons and gave me a report regarding other problems to take care of in the future.
