Before coming to this TD location, I was quite stressed as I had been matched with a Personal Banker through the online TD web who was unresponsive and unhelpful. Thank god for these two ladies as I was under the gun with my fast approaching renewal deadline. They helped me to get a competitive rate and kept in contact with me throughout the process. I feel so at ease banking with such competent and friendly staff and will def return in person should any future banking needs arise.”

I work in the customer service industry and I can tell you personally that dealing with people is a very difficult job. I have seen some of the ridiculous customers while I am in line (as you can see by the comments on this page) and can tell you that it has never been my experience. Keep up the great work!!”

Sameh Hanna assisted me with my investment needs whilst Jeremy assisted me with my Bank account needs. The customer service was consistent between both associates despite their difference in expertise.
Another thing I liked? I understand that Branch reps get praise on the business they bring in (I'm a returning customer), so the fact that both individuals were able to balance it so well between both sides of the business speaks volumes on whoever trained them and their ability to retain the things that work.

“Favour has exceptional customer service skills. She was very helpful with an elderly woman in front of me and was quite patient with the lady who needed a lot of support. Favour was then just as courteous and professional when she was helping me.
The only reason why this branch is getting 4 stars is because of her. There was a long line when I arrived and there were only 2 tellers helping people. This has been an issue at this bank in the past as well. And not all tellers are as pleasant and helpful as Favour.”
