The service is incredible, extremely helpful and friendly staff/owners who work their hardest to ensure that you have a good experience and are satisfied with the clothes. There were some pieces that needed fitting and they were very accommodating with a tight deadline and fitted the clothes for us (and ofc they fit perfectly).

I really liked the fact that they offered saree petticoats, standard lehngas, saree blouses, jewellery and even Indian menswear.

“I had one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had at this Ardene just now! The sales associate Shayla and her manager Kim were two of the sweetest and friendliest people. We had such a great conversation and they were very helpful and patient. Shayla also noticed a man had been watching me so she alerted her manager to keep an eye on him. “AMAZING company, product and service. I was able to see their beautiful jackets at a girls retreat in Huntsville this year. At the time they did not have my size in the coat that I loved so was a little disappointed. On the chance they had stock in store I emailed them upon my return. Luckily I was told they had just enough of the material left in store to cut one more coat! Imagine my excitement. An appointment was arranged for me to go to the store and try on different sizes so it could be cut to size. I was ecstatic! On top of the amazing service and kindness I had already been shown up to this point, the retreat cost was also honoured! I received my coat yesterday and honestly, I could not be happier. The quality, the fit, and the material! WOW! It is so soft and fits like a glove. My husband commented on how beautiful it looked on me and he never says anything! Ever!

“I just left LABELS and realized too late that stores close early on Sundays. The cashier announced there were only 5 minutes until closing, so I rushed to the change room, but by the time I got there, the area had already been cleaned and locked up. Fortunately, the clerk kindly unlocked a room for me to try on my large pile of clothes. When I finished and came out, all the doors were locked. Despite my tardiness, the cashier was friendly and patient. I truly appreciate the excellent service from both workers and applaud their kindness.”

The sales staff in-store were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me find alternatives for the items that weren’t available. Although the store wasnt as neat as i would like it did seem like some of the employees were putting in an effort in making sure the place wasnt a complete mess, and in addition they were mostly friendly especially the specific one i interacted with, she was an absolute sweetheart and was more more than helpful throughout my shopping experience. I wasnt able to get her name but i can remember that she was a young black girl and she had some sort of nose piercing. But to put it plainly if my entire experience ended with her it wouldve been great instead i was made preview to the more unsavoury aspects of this establishment specifically at the check out, obnoxious would be selling this specific older blonde lady short it was almost like she took pleasure in wasting customers time by taking forever to complete simple tasks. But besides her i throughly enjoyed my shopping experience at your establishment. Be sure to give that young lady a raise!!”
