The good: parking is abundant, especially on weekends. The store is very well laid out, and it smells good. I thought so, at least...but then again, Iblodebthr smell of hardware stores, it reminds me of growing up
The staff are really nice, too. They're friendly, affable, and look like they're having fun.
However...finding one of those said staff members can be a challenge. I needed someone, but nobody was to be found. I finally found someone after about ten minutes.
Afterwards, it was a great experience. Drew was amazing. He was funny to chat with, and he knew his stuff. As a fellow forklift operator, it was nice to talk about MHE, even though what I needed really had nothing to do with them.
The lack of staff in store could be attributed to the Christmas holiday break, but it would have been nice to find someone quickly.”

“We just made a purchase at the Scarborough La-Z-Boy store. Ana was our sales person and Shauna was the designer. They both were very patient and full of ways to make our room look nice. The store manager Shawn also dropped by to help. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I will be goin back for any future furniture purchases.”
