I went into the medical store to pick up a few supplies that had been put on hold, and everything was ready to go when we arrived. Some supplies had to be ordered in and that was done very quickly. The manager assisted us and was very friendly. I also noticed they have a great selection of items in store. I heard the manager tell the previous customer about a special on scrubs, buy nine and get the tenth one free. So for anyone who’s looking, this is definitely the place to go.”

“I visited the Wellwise location at Scarborough Cedarbrae Mall between 12:30–1:30 PM today and want to recognize the exceptional service provided by the gentleman at the front — a man of colour wearing glasses and a grey wool sweater. I believe his name was Andrew.
Even during what seemed like an overwhelming moment for the store, he remained calm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He managed multiple customers on his own and proactively called for assistance when he noticed a line forming. I later learned this is only his second week, which makes his professionalism even more commendable.
He made customers, including myself, feel appreciated and supported. I did notice a moment where a colleague spoke to him in a way that came across as dismissive, and I felt it was important to highlight that his efforts absolutely do not go unnoticed. His attitude, service, and composure are exactly what customers value.
He truly deserves recognition for the outstanding way he represented the store today.”
