Called about 20 mins before closing to see if I could get a prescription for antibiotics for my toddler with pink eye. Pharmacist agreed to wait for us (past closing) and was able to assess and prescribe quickly. He clearly gave me the instructions, processed my insurance and told me how soon my son could return to daycare. I appreciated his kindness and patience - something you don’t experience very often now a days.”

“Honestly, I've been going to this pharmacy for like almost 8 years now and they're just really good. Last week they didn't have my meds in stock (apparently there was some supply issue?) and the manager Nermeen, - actually called me the day when they got it in. I truly felt like I was a priority on her list of to dos that day!
The people there are just nice, you know? Not fake nice, but actually helpful. They handle my insurance with ease and very willing to make calls and double check notes.
I certainly have a choice of a closer pharmacy to my home yet, Nermeen and Everyone at Bradford Medex actually seem to care, which I’m proud to be a client of so there it is. “Such a wonderful pharmacy! My one year old was sick and was waiting to see the dr at the walk-in and I waited in the pharmacy to keep her away from other sick people. The ladies at the pharmacy were so caring and understanding. When we saw the doctor and went to get her meds in the pharmacy, they were quick to fill the order knowing how fussy my tired/sick baby was. We were in and out promptly. “The most helpful. They go out of their way to help you. If they see a problem with a prescription they will call and have the issue resolved. Also having your prescriptions ready fast and other prescriptions you didn’t even remember to order. I would give Pharmasave a 10 out of 10.”

“Two weeks ago I called to ask if I could transfer my prescription to another pharmacy because I never make it back to town before they close. I didn’t end up asking because the pharmacist answered and when I said I needed a refill but wouldn’t make it before they close she said, “no problem, I will wait for you”. I kept giving her the opportunity to not wait but she insisted in a very caring way. I love small towns and she is a gem. Her compassion has made me a customer for life. She waited more than an hour after her scheduled close time. Thank you ?”
“Solid grocery store. Prices are higher than competitors but that's expected.
Their Joe fresh section is pretty awesome, especially in the kids section and the women's fitness clothing.
They do have a really good international isle and some solid goodies I can't get other places so I'll keep coming back.
Staff is typically friendly and helpful.”

They do flu and covid shots right there, easy peasy with short wait times. The store carries most of the major brands I like, and a variety of products that I imagine would be useful to people. “We are from the states and were visiting family when our child developed an ear infection. We saw an in town urgent care that inappropriately prescribed for our two year old. The pharmacist was diligent to check dosing. Had we given our child one of the medications as prescribed she could have suffered extreme side effects. Additionally, the pharmacist recommended us following up with our own PCP as the antibiotic prescribed was not first line treatment for an ear infection. Sure enough after follow up we were informed that the pharmacist was correct!”
“Service is good,especially Meriam and Part Vadia. They should hire staff that is representative of the demographics of Bolton. More young people from the local schools. Better optics when you give back to the community.
