Wonderful sales consultants, patient, honest feedback and I left with a outfit and jewellery that recieved many compliments, something I would not have put together on my own. Flattering fit and an update for me, in my late sixties and often unsure about fashion decisions as I tend to be fairly minimalist. The pieces are modern, yet timeless in design. After searching and having absolutely no luck anywhere, I wandered into Laura at Upper Canada Mall.
I was lucky enough to be helped by Esshe, who could not have been more helpful. She stayed close by to do up zippers on multiple dresses and was honest with her feedback and opinions. I ended up buying a beautiful Mother of the Bride dress, and can finally breathe a little easier knowing that I have something that looks absolutely amazing!
If you're heading to Laura I would 100% recommend Esshe!”
“And an amazing experience with an associate of Hispanic ethnicity. So much Gracias I would give this lady for her patience when it came to me looking for shoes. I have a very white tow box and a narrow heel. Finding shoes, much less dress shoes… it’s an absolute nightmare.
I tried several shoes, and I was about to buy some good old, reliable wide toe box shoes made by Clark’s until I found a German shoemaker called RIEKER. The leather is soft and pliable, they apparently run wider than traditional dress shoes and I found them so comfortable that I ended up buying two pairs.
The location isn’t great because they only have one pair of everything on display in each size, so it’s very easy to not find your size and style of shoe available”

“Firstly, I was drawn to the store by a employee promoting the sale right outside the store over the last weekend before Christmas. It was very great people-to-people marketing!
Once inside, every worker was super helpful! Customer service was really great! Which I feel had a trickle down effect to how customers treated one another while navigating a very small space. Didn't feel crowded, everyone was so polite.
I ended up purchasing two graphic tees (both Nirvana) super happy with my purchase!”

“I've been tracking down a skirt in several stores and haven't had much luck until I called here. Spoke to Sophia who located in two sizes for me and was willing to hold until next day. When I got there I noticed the wrong items were placed on hold. Thank God for Melania who helped me rummage through the back and found them for me. I don't usually leave reviews, but she just made my day. I've had countless sales that would just tell me that if it's the last one, they might not find it or to lazy to even look. It was not the case for Melania, so I wanted to make sure to call her out!”

If you buy this product be aware that the washing instructions should not be followed. This is a shirt by Orly, but if you buy it go to the dry cleaners only, otherwise the black will bleed into the white as seen in the photo.”

“My mom has just been diagnosed with Breast Cancer and was very upset with the fact that she would lose her hair due to chemo. She was welcomed here with open arms and treated so special. The owner spent atleast an hour with her showing her different wigs and caps. She was so thorough with my mom and did not pressure her to spend any more money then she had to. My mom was treated with dignity And respect. She was also given a new perspective on wigs and their convenience. Thank you so much.”
“Stacy and Roshi are great! They always greet me as I walk in and they know exactly where everything in the store is so no matter what I ask them for, if the store has it, they will know exactly where it is. I'm usually in a bit of a hurry, and I've been able to walk in, describe what I want (7 shirts and a pair of yoga pants last time), we do a circuit of the store and I have it all in my hands in minutes! That means a lot to me, so much that even though I moved an hour away, I still make the drive to come back to this store and these knowledgable ladies. Thank you both!”

(I believe her name was Maria) helped me find an outfit for an event I have next week and made the entire process so fun and easy. I normally never find jeans that fit perfectly, but she found me the perfect pair, along with two tops I absolutely loved. She was so helpful, patient, and had such a great eye for style. American Eagle (Upper Canada Mall, Newmarket)
Yesterday, I really needed to buy a pair of jeans, one of them for the same evening. Because of my body size, it’s usually difficult for me to find clothes that fit well. I walked around the whole mall and finally stopped at American Eagle.
At first, I was looking in the wrong section (wide leg instead of straight fit), but then a very polite, friendly, and patient Black sales associate came to help me. She kindly explained the difference between straight and wide-leg jeans, and she brought me four pairs to try on.
Thanks to her help, I found exactly what I needed and purchased two pairs of jeans. She truly made my shopping experience much easier and more enjoyable.
I wish I knew her name to mention it here, but this was yesterday around 5 PM.

“This is the largest location I have ever been to with ample parking! Everything is well organized and clean with a vast selection of items. It was open in November 2022, so it's still quite a new location.”

“I visited Reitmans today with my daughter, and it was truly an exceptional shopping experience. Despite the difference in our ages and styles, we both easily found pieces that we loved, which is not always the case when shopping together.
What really stood out to me is that we have spent hours in large malls before without finding what we were looking for, yet here everything felt effortless. The collection is chic, modern, and of great quality, all at very reasonable prices.
The store itself is also very well maintained , the fitting rooms were spacious and clean, which made the experience even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and professional.
I would especially like to thank Jacklyn and Rachel for their outstanding customer service.
In my opinion, this location deserves far more than its current rating. If it were possible, I would gladly give it 10 stars.”
