“Went to Tuggys last night to get smokes and I also filled up my tank.. The Lady and the man that served me were very polite to me and it made me feel really good when I left the store ..mostly because I had been shopping in the latter part of the day and it's amazing how Rude the staff can be towards the end of the day, and these people made me feel good again by being so polite. The fellow at the gas pump was also a treat to do business with..He filled my tank with a smile on his face and even cleaned my window for me.He definately deserved a tip that night because he laughed at one of my jokes. I will most definately be go back in there again.”

“The new owners Jay and Shreya are amazing. Always polite, professional and also if you ask them to bring in the product, they’ll do it in a heartbeat, if they can. Being a business owner myself for many years, I appreciate the way the run a small business. They care about their customer and it’s very clear and obvious how much they truly care. I probably stop into Port Elgin variety at least once, sometimes twice a day and appreciate every visit. As soon as I walk in, I’m usually greeted with a hello, regardless, of where the owners are in the store. I will always support a small business like this compared to the big chain convenient store. 5+ stars from me!”
