“Had a tough job on my Honda pilot high pressure power steering line ie very restricted/tight space to attach hose. The guys were above and beyond to fix and recheck it. Their pricing was very reasonable . I have dealt with car repairs and mechanics for years, not to mention I fix most issues myself. These guys not only fixed, but shampoo and checked for leaks before giving me car back. I will wait for a few days to drive and check for workmanship before I upgrade or downgrade my final rating.Update, these guys double checked and found the leak either valve cover gaskets, oil pan or transfer case and methodically replace gaskets on valve cover and replace oil pan drain plug whihc was mine and poor and some cause of a minor leak . So Scott the owner and wade the mechanic are top notch and upping my rating to 5 stars. Price is very reasonable.These guys are amazing, once again their service was impeccable ? fixing a 20 year old with rusted bolts etc not easy.These guys continue to provide honest and excellent service”

“Took my Mazda 3 GT here after a collision to get a repair estimate for my insurance. I had to call about 5 different places across Ottawa and no where would take me, but when I called Kanata Collision, they were extremely helpful and accommodating, and let me tow in my car after hours. They prepared an estimate and sent it to my insurance literally the day after I had dropped it off and were very patient by letting me leave my car on their lot until insurance decided it was a write off and came to pick it up. If you get into a collision, definitely bring your car here for an estimate!”
