“I just moved to Stittsville from New Brunswick and was recommended to go to Stittsville Automotive. I needed to get a safety done, but then discovered that I needed new brakes at the same time and it was done for a good price and was given excellent friendly customer service. It was so interesting that the two men working in the office are the owners and have been there for 30 Years. Chris gave me a ride home and picked me back up when my car was ready. I didn't know that the safety inspection was only good for 36 days so had to get another one and they charged me half price!! Now that's integrity and was not expecting this since it was my bad for Nott reading more on how long this inspection was valid for. Now today I called to have my new license plates put on my car since in New Brunswick they don't put them on the front and my car does not have holes pre-drilled so Chris called Nissan and picked up the plate holder and an oil drain plug that I needed while he was at Nissan!! Here I'm thinking, moving from the Maritimes back to the Ottawa area may not be as welcoming and friendly only to find this automotive repair shop to be something that you would find in the Maritimes!! I hope they never retire because this will be the only place I take my car!! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!!!”
